pf 2.4.5 and FRR bugs

1.pfsense 2.4.5 and FRR 7.2 often happen hang down and can't normal work.

2. when i setup Route Handling, it is has no show in config file, Setting static routes did not work.

3. when i setup pfense system static routes did not work, it is still via bgp router, i need setup some ip space via wan route out.
