I have no idea what it means. My PfSense is a fresh build as of 2 weeks ago and today I did an update on several packages (pfblockerng and ntopng)
The only packages I installed were:

      Backup
      mailreport
      ntopng
      pfblockerng-devel

If you're on 2.4.4 and installed or updated packages you would have pulled down packages designed for 2.4.5 and the newer PHP and/or FreeBSD. Can you get it to update to 2.4.5?

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.
