I have pfSense running since years without issues. Now I'm trying to get my feet wet with IPv6 and configured it on two interfaces. Since then pfSense has a load average between 7-11 when the network is idle. top shows pfctl as the culprit.

A reboot doesn't fix it. Neither does disabling pfblocker or suricata. Here is the cpu graph:

      system load

How to fix this or find out what the issue is?

      2.4.5-RELEASE
      hw.machine: amd64
      hw.model: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU D2500 @ 1.86GHz
      hw.ncpu: 2
