      Good day,

I have a multi sites network, all using SG-2220. My head office, have a XG-7100, and my home/office is a SG-5100

I have ipsec tunnels from each site to my head office. Everything is working perfectly!

My head office have our PBX server, and each site has their phones connected to the PBX at the head office.

I have this setup for years (about 3-4) and everything is perfect.

about 4 month ago, we started to have issue on the calls on the remote sites. Sometime we have a glitch for 1-5 seconds. Either the parties doesnt heard each other anymore, or it's only one way. .

I need help as i dont know where to look :( I had tried many thing, but nothing fixed it..

Our internet connection are 100mbps minimum on each site.

      Thanks

        Hi froussy,
i recomend you that locate where may be the problem and you can start monitoring the segments of your installation with "fake gateways" in order to obtain a graph of you traffic. I would start with two graph one from your remote office to your head office ping the external IP of your router and second graph from the same remote office (VOIP Internal interface) to you PBX Server.

This way you will know if its a IPSEC problem or a communication problem.

@froussy I have this kind of problem when PHP is eating all CPU on my pfSense (check my post). Is your CPU load ok when you have problems?
