is this a Netgate hardware?
or your own configuration?if you have your own configuration, download file and share in the forum
you can also do this from the shell here:
/var/crash++++edit: I think, Netgate genuine hardware, it sends a crash report anyway
(the Netgate guys know more about this, if any exist and associated with for example, Netgate ID)
BTW, this crash report in principle appears in the Netgate support data collector
(at least I would configure it, that way) -

That trace doesn't look familiar to me, but it seems to have crashed when trying to find an mbuf tag, so maybe it's an issue with mbuf exhaustion. (Though usually that would crash when trying to allocate one...)
What features do you have enabled? (Things like captive portal, limiters, CARP/HA, etc)
What does
netstat -m
show?
