      I have 2 Wan connections (eg. ISP1 and ISP2)
I DO NOT want to load balance them
I only want to firewall traffic from both WANs onto the LAN
I only have 2 NICs in my pfsense box (1 wan and 1 lan)
      Can this be done?
Do I need to use VLANs?
Where can I get info on this?

With a VLAN capable switch you could do that with VLANs.

There are a large number of articles about VLANs on the Internet, and if you use the "Search" button above you'll find many posts.  Heck, if you take a look at the FAQs in the Documentation you'll find something ;)
