So here's my problem a few days ago my website was on and my ssh server was running perfectly. I can still access all of them through my lan, but people outside can't. This only seems to be happening on the ubuntu VM, and I just created another one and the same problem persists. (Did they add like a firewall or something? in an update??) So people can't connect outside my network. My file transfer server that runs in Windows works that run on port 443, but everything on the Ubuntu virtualmachines doesn't. Anybody have any ideas? So far I just have port 80 opened on it, and 22 for SSH(Which I am changing right… now, the port). I have unticked the box that says disable nat reflection, and I also have static ports instead of the weird thing pfsense does because my source dedicated server(half life 2 server) didn't work with the dynamic ones. Anyone got any ideas? I mean I'm not even sure it has to do with pfsense.

Oh and if anyone has any ideas www.3dslice.net to check https://www.3dslice.net still works

What did you change in the firewall config?  If you haven't changed anything, then chances are that its not your firewall configuration.  Beyond that, you didn't provide nearly enough information for people to help you.

I had a feeling about not providing enough info. But I didn't change anything to my firewall :O
Last thing I remember was my Internet randomly going off and I just reset the modem and it came back online. I mean I am totally confused.

          Ok in Ubuntu ifconfig

          eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 08:00:27:a0:a5:7d
                    inet addr:192.168.1.226  Bcast:192.168.1.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
                    inet6 addr: fe80::a00:27ff:xxxx:xxxx/64 Scope:Link
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1
                    RX packets:4458 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
                    TX packets:1854 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
                    collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
                    RX bytes:1304743 (1.3 MB)  TX bytes:968282 (968.2 KB)

Then in pfsense looks like this

I also used firestarter in Ubuntu and made sure its firewall was off, but I can't SSH it either. I mean this is a brand new install. I am using virtualbox for it, and using the bridged network. I can access the website on lan, and it works fine which is the really frustrating part.

Okay I found out people are getting connection interrupted. I also have disabled the traffic shaper.
Oh I should also mention I'm using OpenDNS.

Fixed… Didn't realize under firewall > rules there were rules pointing to a non existent ip address.
              Atleast I think it's fixed
can someone visit www.3dslice.net to check?
