how can I setup up, to block pornographic and adult websites?

hi,

the answer is simply:

1. pfBlockerNG-devel (porn DNSBL, etc.)
2. Squid + Squid Guard (It assumes IT proficiency)
3. for porn game, APPs, etc. maybe Snort with + OpenAppID ???

I would supplement this with "PORN category", also with lists of other list creators...

@unique24 You can install pfBlockerNG-devel package and use Shallalist or UT1 DNSBL list for blocking any categories for sites, and use DNSBL SafeSearch feature to filter porno in the search engines search results and on the YouTube.
