Today was an outage at remote location but failover didn't work.

I have there Comcast for WAN 1 and for WAN 2 Comcast cellular backup.

What could be the problem? My trigger level is "member down", should it be "packet loss"?

        Hello!

Member Down should trigger on the upper threshold for latency or packet loss. Please review and/or post your gateway settings - gateway ip, monitoring/action settings, advanced settings, etc...
