Cant reach Wireguard Peer but VPN Server [Solved]

Hello all,
i start with the Basic Layout of my Network.
192.168.1.0/24 is my Homenet (Pfsense 192.168.1.1)
192.168.100.0/24 is my "DMZ-NET" (Pfsense 192.168.100.1)
192.168.30.0/24 is my "Wireguard VPN NET"
now /32:
192.168.1.65 is a Client
192.168.100.3 is the VPN Server HostPC
192.168.100.4 is a CLient on DMZ Net
192.168.30.1 is the Peer on x.x.100.3
192.168.30.2 is the Road Warrior.

I can ping from:
1.65 to 100.3 but cant 1.65 to 30.1(or 30.2)
I can ping from 192.168.1.1 to everyone (After I set a Static Route to 30.0/24 with Gateway 100.3/32)
I can ping from 100.3 to 1.65
I can ping from 100.4 to 30.2
I can ping from 30.2 to everywhere.

Help me please...
