Confused by PXE TFTP network boot setup

Hello all and happy labor day !

Trying this for the 1st time.
Enabled TFP server as

Uploaded files

Setup DHCP as

And yet when trying to boot from network, getting "ignoring unsupported root path"

Feels like something trivial, but can't see what.

Any help appretiated.

Next server IP should have been set to the gw IP/LAN
