We are having trouble synchronizing Ruckus Virtual SmartZone's Wi-Fi controller with NTP Server, PFSENSE (which is also our edge firewall), and support asked us to send him ntp.conf, but I couldn't find how to do it the backup of this file through the web interface I don't even know how to touch the console, when I access FreeBSD via terminal. Some limited options appear, but I'm afraid to mess around and cause problems in production.

in Diag > Command Prompt use the download field to get it from /var/etc/ntpd.conf.
