Cellular Failover Internet Connection use For Example TP-Link in access point mode with iPhone as hot spot

Re: Cellular Failover Internet Connection
Here is a solution to use your iPhone or Android phone as your connection to the internet. Setup another port on pfsense as a backup WAN. For example see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0e13_q-ImY
Connect an Ethernet cable from this backup port to the TP-Link 220 (or similar product). See https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/range-extender/re220/. Set the RE220 to repeater mode. Tether the RE220 to the smart phone's hotspot.
You will now have automatic failover by tethering.
If you don't have a phone to be in hotspot mode all the time, then you only have to turn on the hotspot when needed.
