    Prezados,

    Quando eu vou tentar instalar um pacote novo ele aparece a mensagem:

    Unable to retrieve package information.

    Eu vi que tem varias solução na internet mas nenhuma para a minha versão 2.4.5.

    Alguém saberia resolver?

      Primeiro, atualize para 2.4.5-p1, porque o 2.4.5 tem muitos problemas (pfctl, etc.)
      Em segundo lugar, os pacotes não estão disponíveis se você tiver uma configuração de DNS incorreta ou um dual-NAT complicado e mal configurado.

        o DNS esta correto pois consigo pingar nomes para fora.

        Vou verificar a atualização.

          Eu apertei o "13 - Update from console" na tela do Shell porém aparece o erro abaixo:

          another instance is already running... aborting pfsense

          Mesma coisa usando o comando #pfSense-upgrade

          Sabe o que pode ser?

            Atualize primeiro porque 2.4.5 está cheio de bugs graves.

            então esses comandos podem vir de um console:

            pkg-static -vv
            pkg-static update -f
            pkg-static upgrade -n

                    Há um problema temporário (netgate), basta olhar para o DNS reverso

                      Quando for regularizado basta executar os comandos?

                      pkg-static update -f
                      pkg-static upgrade -n
