SNMP and Automated Reporting

Does anyone know what SNMP string I need to get the total gb transfered for a wan interface? I want to try and capture that data w/ nagios. We have a fairly simple setup, and if I see something like a 100gb go up, I can tell if something weird is going on.

Is there any reporting available for pfSense, that would cover stuff like this. Something I can automate to be emailed? I guess even if I had to write a script to do it?
