Multi-WAN setup advice

Hey guys,

I have a 120Mg cable connection and they are just finishing off a 100Mg fibre connection.

i have an expressvpn connection and i use it with two different connections in a "service down" gateway config.

1. how should i config the WAN connection to maximize the benefit? e.g. load balancing, or split certain traffic over a particular wan, etc.

2. should i use a 2nd VPN provider
