High input errors (Wan + LAN) no output errors.

I have been trying to debug slow speeds through my router. The network seems fine from the tests I have performed and the modem has too. I am getting thousands of network input errors on both the Wan and Lan side. I have replaced cables and tried switching ports. No help. I have 3 VLANs on the LAN side going to a layer 2 Linksys switch and it does not see any errors. Any thoughts on this? I tied tuning the card but it has not helped. I have 2 onboard nic's (Intel and a 4x PCI Intel NIC.
