      Hello,
      I'm facing this issue in my environment and found this bug in Redmine which matches the behavior.
      I wonder if there is any workaround for 2.4.4. If I add the root certificates manually to /etc/ssl/cert.pem and then configure the Authentication servers to use the "Global Root CA List" would that work?

        If it works in 2.4.5 it will probably work in 2.4.4.

        But why not upgrade to the current version, 2.4.5p1, where it's known to work?

          Yes, we are planning the upgrade to 2.4.5 but will take some more days as we need to get a downtime approved from our users.
