Viber cannot make Group calls pfsense is blocking it

Hi Guys,

All viber function and services is working on my 2 networks except when the user is making a viber group or joining a group calls. For intance, i am connected in my network and if i call somebody using viber both incoming and outgoing is ok but if i add another one on the calls which make the meeting a group call then myself will be drop automatically and vice versa

I got this issue which affecting my two sites, which i use pfsense for both network.

I also allowed the following ports as suggested by viber documentation
5242
4244
5243
9785
80
443
but still i am having the same issue.
