Ticket at Netgate & OpenVPN Cascade
I opened a ticket at Netgate and asked about the difference between TAC support ($399 per year) and professional support ($250 per hour) for a solution with "OpenVPN Cascade".
Now I don't get an answer since a few days.
Before I always had to reset the password for a login, which is no longer possible now.
Is that standard with Netgate?
