      Hello.

      I opened a ticket at Netgate and asked about the difference between TAC support ($399 per year) and professional support ($250 per hour) for a solution with "OpenVPN Cascade".

      Now I don't get an answer since a few days.
      Before I always had to reset the password for a login, which is no longer possible now.

      Is that standard with Netgate?

        Neither of those things are standard.

        Do you have the ticket number I can chase it for you?

          Ok, I found your ticket and left some notes there.

          I also unblocked your account which had been blocked due to the domain. You should be able to login there now.
