I can't start Squid service

I can't start squid services T__T.
I try to start it by goto "Status –> Service and click "start service" at squid service
then it show "! squid has been start" but at the service table
squid service's status still "Stopped"

then I try squid3 package and I find the same problem I can't start this service

ps. I use Pfsense 1.2.3 RC1
ps.2 I set Pfsense between my WAN link & use Pfsense's proxy server to cache intranet data between link
