Pfsense package recommendation for internet connectivity, lost packet %, and internet latency

As the title mentiones, what is your recommendation for a Pfsense package to monitor in the background:
Internet connectivity
Lost packet percentage
Internet latencyA utility to just ping 3 DNS sites (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9) to confirm ping return, measure latency and lost packet % would be fine. Any package like that?
I'm familiar with uptimerobot.com but that is connectivity only and requires me to setup a ping return from Pfsense. It would be better to have the utility in Pfsense itself. Suggestions??

@Rico Yes, that is the type of info I was looking for. Mine was set to the default, processor and I never changed the setting. I couldn't find a way to get that graph on the dashboard...possible?
It would also be great if I could receive an email if connectivity, lost packets, or packet loss exceeded a user set threshold.
Thanks

If the connection is lost, no mail could be sent from pfSense.
You should monitor your connection from the outside and have your WAN interface reply to ping requests from this outside IP.
