How to get historical data on load balancer performance, uptime etc

I've configured a multi-WAN network with a couple test VM's inside virtualbox as a demonstration. I've got to provide a fictional KPI to an SLA of installing and configuring a load balancer. I need to provide historical statistics on the load balancer etc but can't find a way to do this despite looking through youtube, google or this forum. Any ideas?
