I'm looking at a used SG-5100 being offered to me for 350, half the price of a new unit. The seller says it's one year old. But I'm wondering if the S/N on the bottom can tell me more about when it was produced.

      Thanks,
      Pete

I apologise for the typo in the title. The S/N on the bottom of the device reads "NG201810xxxxxx"

Without knowing the full number I can't give you the date but there are plenty shown in our system with that prefix that were shipped in 2020. If you PM it to me I can check it.

@stephenw10 Thank you Steve. I contacted the seller, but I was too late, the unit has been sold to another buyer. I appreciate the offer to help though!
