At the "certificates" screen it says one of the certs is in use by Captive Portal. I know if I go to Services>Captive Portal is where captive portal is at, but where would a dropdown be that would be using the certificate.

In the HTTPS options at the bottom of the page. If the option isn't enabled, enable it, then switch the cert, then save again to make sure it's changed.
