    How to manage automatic backup of the internet provider

      Hello Guys,

      We already use pfsense appliance with our customers to set up OpenVPN to our hosting and it works very fine. Happy with that. Our ISP provide us an automatic backup on a LTE Link and our pfSense have only one WAN and so one Gateway as shown is diag1. Usually we configure on the switches that we provide to the customer a VLAN for the private LAN between ISP routers and our pfSense and an another VLAN for customer LAN.

      My question is how can i do when i can't manage customer switches or that there is no customer switch ? Can we configure our pfsense to be directly connected to ISP routers ? (diag2) I know i can't assign two interfaces one same VLAN and so i don't how to do that.
