Inconsistencies in adding descriptions in rules (Firewall, NAT and IPsec rules)

When adding rules for NAT, IPSEC or Firewall rules, entering the description sometimes its forbidden to use umlauts like "ä, ö, ü", sometimes its not allowed to use "<" and ">". Not very important, but good to know i think.

Maybe in other parts its the same, didn't test all.
