Network Card Down

I tried installing Pfsense 2.4.5 r1 on my watchguard 800 series, installation was good, but em0 to em13 ports showing down. I tried to bring the port up by using ifconfig em0 up but nothing turns out to be working. Please suggest a solution.

The ports are not parsed in the order they are labeled on the front. em0-7 are the expansion module. em8-13 are the on-board ports. You can see in the ifconfig output that em8 and em9 show as linked and active. Assign those as WAN and LAN.
