How can I assing Public ip to my client without using private ip's or Nated ip I just want give them directly public IP justl ike dsl cabel does is there way I can do that please give me hint thank you again

To do so you have to use routing and shut down NAT. You have to do the subnetcalculation accordingly to do this and then enable advanced outbound NAT at firewall>nat>outbound. Then delete all the rules that are created at the bottom of the screen once you enabled it.
Another way to give them a pseude public IP of their own is to add VirtualIPs to your WAN and 1:1 NAT them to the private IP you gave to the client. They'll then have a private IP at their end which maps to a public IP exclusively. -

Oh, and another option you have is to use pfsense as transparent firewall. This way you wouldn't have to mess with routing/nat or anything. There is a nice tutorial how to do this: http://pfsense.com/mirror.php?section=tutorials/transparent_firewall/transparent_firewall.pdf
