I had a very happy SG 3100. Spectrum‘s Internet service went out and then when they restored it there was only connectivity to dumb devices like Netflix or echoes with smart devices like phones or computers having no connectivity either wireless or wired. There is connectivity from the modem. The WAN port flashes as normal on the 3100. Reinstalled settings from back up. Could this be something in the firmware that got corrupted?

Resolved. It turns out that there was a stbility issue with the packet stream from the modum. ROKU and Amazon Echos were not sensative enough for the issue to count. No SG 3100 problems once it was getting a decent packet stream.
