    OpenVPN client export causes IPSec tunnel to drop traffic.

      SG3100 IPSec tunnel drops when exporting OpenVPN client.

      I have an IPSEC tunnel between 2 SG3100 devices tunnel works successfully passing traffic.

      When exporting a client configuration the tunnel shows that it is still connected unter Status > IPSec. Bouncing the tunnel allows traffic to start passing traffic again.

      I am exporting the Current Windows Installers (2.5.0-Ix01): 64 bit installer.

      Is this normal behavior

        No, I certainly wouldn't expect to see anything like that.

        Do you mean when opening the export page or when downloading the file?
        Neither should have any effect on the IPSec tunnel though.

        Do the IPSec logs show any reason the tunnel went down?

        Are you downloading the file across the IPSec tunnel?
