      Dear All,

I have hard reset SG-3100 as per the bellow link instructions:
      https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/config/factory-defaults.html#factory-default-using-a-hardware-button

After reset I can not find my SG-3100 in the browser 192.168.1.1

      Can someone please help?

      Best
      Akrami

There is a USB cabel in the Box, connect it and use the console to find out.

Install the driver, use Putty/Kitty and connect to the new serial Port.
