pfsense 2.0.3, squid 2.7.9 pkg v.4.3.3, Lightsquid 1.8.0 pkg v.2.32

Where is the binding to the poppy address and the breakdown by groups specified?

2.0.3 is 8 years old.

Yes, 2.0.3 is totally obsolete at this point. There is no good reason to be running that.
