Receiving duplicates packets for the radius request in Pfsense

The following input errors were detected:

Authentication failed.
packetcapture (5).cap
while trying to access the radius using pfsense .Wireshark capture indicates the packet is reaching the radius and getting respond .But the receiving duplicate request and the authentication is not succeeding.

The same Radius is working for other pfsense .This error is happening only for a single pfsense in the network
