Do you have to reboot after installing a new package or does it depend on the package?

Also, what is the best way to reboot...just unplug the appliance or through the Diagnostics-->Reboot

Or some other "initialization" for the new package.

Probably a terribly basic question, but if I don't have to reboot, it would be preferred. :)

@heper The package doesn't seem to be available in the menu. It is "ntopng". How do I initialize it?
