      Hello,
i'm a newcomer with the pfsense.
And i need help wirh the starting process.
My System is on a Hardware from Watchguard XTM 5.
And the Version on the pfsense is 2.4.5
My pfsense was rebboting on the morning.
      But he dont startet.
I#m looking on the Console and see, that the VPN proscess not work.
The Message on the Console was "Syncing OpenVPN settings...Enter Auth Password:"
      With Enter started the pfsense.

@normalanders it seems that you forgot to fill in the password field on the OpenVPN client configuration page:

pfSense ? Or the VPN client ?

You could de activate the VPN client, so it doesn't auto run. pfSense will start up just fine then.

edit : or do what @viktor_g said, also works great.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

            @ Bertjan
            Many Thanks.
I deleted the user and that was it.
The Pfsense started alone and no longer needed a password.
