Importing lists for SquidGuard

I am new to pfSense and want to use it to replace my current firewall / content filtering system.  I already have dest groups and acl lists created on the system being used now.  Is there a way to export them and then import them into pfSense?

Also, is there a way to download lists from the web "www.squidguard.com/blacklists" into pfSense?
