Client Bypass bandwidth limit

Greetings to All,

I've created Limitor on "LAN" 2MiBit upload / download . Somehow one client bypass that limit and using more then its allowed policy . I've created aliase to for different IP-Pool and send limitor accordingly.

In QUEUE-Setting:

Queue Management Algorithm : Tail Drop
Scheduler : FIFO

Reset with default. Any idea what could be the issue?
