Custom Provider URL for Quad9 on Google Chrome on Android?

Hello, I am trying to figure out what the Provider URL for Quad9 is on Google Chrome on Android phones? It's not on the dropdown list and it says "Enter a correctly formatted URL" for most things I enter. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried https://dns.quad9.net and pretty much anything I could think of.
