Freeradius assign IP address question

Hello, if I assign IP address to Freeradius user - pFsense automaticly give him on right interface (based on IP) ?
Same situation - if I will setup OpenVPN with windows radius that will send back IP address - will pFsense give it on right interface or I have to setup VLAN. When no VLAN assigned, user will stay on OpenVPN interface? Thanks.
