pfsense no ping and Wold wide Web

Good morning all,
I am a student in computer science (senior systems and network technician), and I have a ping problem (no web) with my pfsense
the basic configuration via vmare is good since when I test pfsense with 4g connection sharing (mobile) to my laptop pfsense is ok (web)
my problem is when I want to connect to the network (subscription) of my student accommodation
my accommodation: captive portal> dlink 3200 ap
my ipconfig configuration without pfsense
dhcp: 10.188.0.202 (ip always assigned to my computer, no lease, probably via mac registration)
