Problem with multiple wan in Netgate XG-7100

Hi; needs some help. I'm running pfsense 2.5 on my Netgate XG-7100. Running in multiple wan(3), it runs smoothly not until last week when we replace the modem of 1 isp provider (note: that there is no changes in ip just the modem itself). At present our internet is intermittent.

Did anyone experienced this problem? Badly needs help
