I've read the tutorials. I've read the FAQs. I've browsed the forums and NOTHING I do lets me forward a port to my Utorrent box.

    192.168.0.1 - WAN Modem
192.168.0.2 - LAN port connected to WAN modem

    192.168.1.254 - WAN2 Modem
192.168.1.253 - LAN port connected to WAN modem

    10.0.0.254 - Pfsense 1.2.3RC1 Box

    10.0.0.1 - Box w/ Utorrent on it.

I have checked "Auto-add a firewall rule to permit traffic through this NAT rule" and I don't know what else to do to get this port forwarded. I've tried logging the rules, but nothing shows up. The Firewall log is useless! I can't get it to show me anything useful.

Set the external IP to the actual WAN1/WAN2 address and not to any.
Did you make sure, that the modems in front of the pfSense forward their ports to the pfSense as well? And opend up the firewall on the modems? (is there one?)
Since you say you enabled logging for the rule, but dont see anything, this indicates that packets never arrive at the pfSense.

We do what we must, because we can.

WAN modem = SpeedStream 4100 and WAN2 modem = Motorola 2210.  PPPOE is handled on the modems and there are no port forwarding options in the modem GUIs. I always thought the modems would pass through connections.

I fixed the problem by reinstalling 1.2.2 and making sure the modem was passing public IPs to the LAN ports instead of private IPs. Double NAT setup was killing a few things. :)
