Hi!
I am Sicilian I apologize for the language but help me
SG-1100 stopped working suddenly.
It does not make me do the factory reset from the button in the box and then I connected by cable to the console to do the factory reset but it gives me this errorand does not give me the screen of the menu with the various options
It had been crashing for a few days and didn't even update packages

You need to reach out to Netgate support at:
Sign up for an account, and ask them for the bootable USB image for your device. They'll email you a link to the software. You can then use this to reload your SG-1100 box. Hope that helps.

Yes, I believe that has already been done.
For reference the reset button on the SG-1100 simply resets the CPU, it does not factory default it. Though it would not help even if it did if the unit it not booting at all like that.
