2.4.5_1 update to 21.02 failed on SG-2220

Attempted to update today. Download, etc. went fine. Reboot failed. Connected console and get this:

WARNING: / was not properly dismounted
/lib/libc.so.7: Unsupported relocation type 37 in non-PLT relocations

Enter full pathname of shell or RETURN for /bin/sh:

Tried booting to old kernel -- same thing.

Got exactly the same problem. Completely stuck now without internet!
