Pass DHCP over a IPSEC from 2 pfsense and Win2k3

My setting is:
Main office:
Internet –- Pfsense(main) --- Win2k3 (DHCP Server) --- Network

Remote Office:
Internet --- Pfsense(remote)(no dhcp) --- Network

What I need:

See all my network by one, Pass DHCP from Main office Win2k3 to Remote Office with dhcp relay set in Pfsense(remote).
See my Main and Remote in the same subnet (or range).

What kinda of rules do you have set up?  Depending on the rules you have, have to add a rule for DCHP to be passed.  You also need to make sure that you DCHP server is setup to relay.  By default it is turned off on Windows 2003.
