    CARP not working - both Master on LAN and DMZ

      I've tried for 5 days with all available versions of pfSense, but I won't get it working the way I want. I've two instance of pfSense running on a XEN Host (Citrix Xenserver). Both have 4 Network Interfaces in different Networks (one external and 3 HostOnly).

      WAN
      LAN
      DMZ (connected to future VPN machine)
      SYNC (only for syncing pfSenses

      The problem is, that both pfSenses becom Master on DMZ and LAN (1.2 and 1.2.3 only on DMZ, 2.0 on DMZ and LAN). The only thing I removed from Config are the certificates for OpenVPN (Is it possible, that OpenVPN, which is configured only on fw1 is causing these problems?)

      I've attached my configuration.

      Please help me, solving this…
