๐Ÿ‘ป I need someone to shed light on this topic for me. I'm now getting .php instead of .xml files when I backup pfSense 2.5. I'm a bit confused because the backup/restore section of pfsense 2.5 --- rectangular blue box shows, "download the configuration as .xml." Is this a glitch or a new file backup format?๐Ÿ™„ ๐Ÿ‘ป

@ghost-0 : It's sending over an xml file.
        Test using another browser ?

@ghost-0 Did you opened the file, what is the content of the .php file? maybe just a extension naming issue.

๐Ÿ‘ป I was getting "diag.backup.php" file when a backup was generated. It appears this was a temporary issue. I'm now getting the normal file format (.xml) after a reboot. ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ‘ป
