WiFi lost when Computer power gets off

Hello, I'm trying to use Pfsense at home.
First of all, My home network looks like this.
as you see, I am using Pfsense box as Firewall and router, since my home terminal box is too small(Pfsense box almost takes all space).
The weird thing is when I turned off the PC, the home WiFi totally dies.
all devices attached@WiFi losts connection.
googled about this issue for almost a month, but cannot find a similar case,Below is every log, I turned computer "ON" at Feb 27 08:59:00, and while computer is on "POST" Status(before Windows boot up), the WiFi gets back to life.
Please help, I'm totally lost & struggling to fix this but in vain.
