    pkg update; pkg upgrade V console update command

      the above is currently listed if I go to diagnostic - command prompt.

      but if SSH or usb console in to the SG3100 and press 13. nothing shows available. is this safe to upgrade from the diagnostic - command prompt window?

        Worked fine for me from PuTTY using the shell.

        pkg upgrade
        

        I don't normally use the diag console, but I think it would be fine.
        I was notified by email from the script in this thread.
